PURPOSE: A construction method for a tunnel structure for the tunnel formation is provided to shorten a period of excavation by making a tunnel structure bear against external stress and to heighten economical efficiency by reducing the required manpower, equipment and materials. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a tunnel structure for the tunnel formation comprises the steps of: forming a ground layer stably by installing stress pipes(50) to form the same circular shape as a tunnel to transfer external stress by earth pressure to the stress pipe(50) evenly; and forming concrete hardening bodies(40,40') by forming concrete hardening bodies(40) on the upper part of a stress pipe(50) installed to form a stable ground layer against the external stress in order, then forming another concrete hardening bodies(40') between the pre-installed concrete hardening bodies(40) in order to be engaged closely.
