PURPOSE: A system and method for collecting a request resource of a client for measuring performances of servers according to tiers and measuring/analyzing/monitoring performance information as to performances and a request resources of servers according to tiers in multi-tier distributed surroundings are provided to collect a request resource for testing performances of servers according to tiers using agent servers which are connected to the servers through a communication protocol. CONSTITUTION: When resources are requested to a specific server(60) using a user interface(50) and a client for collecting request resources as to the specific server(60), an agent server which charges a communication connection as to the specific server(60) collects performance information of the requested resources and transmits the performance information to a repository server(20). Resources are requested to a server of other Tier for processing the requested resource in the specific server(60), and an agent server which charges a communication connection as to the server of the other Tier collects performance information as to the server of the other Tier and transmits the performance information to the repository server(20). Thus, all request resources as to the specific server(60) and servers according to Tiers are collected.
