PURPOSE: An opening/closing device of a cement inlet in a bulk cement tank is provided to prevent accidents and to conveniently and quickly open and close the cement inlet by remotely opening and closing a sealing cap in the cement inlet. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit is connected with external power source and operated by power from the power source. A cover(39) opens or closes an inlet(11a) by interlocking with the driving unit. A controller controls the operation of the driving unit. A body portion(31,43) having a through-hole(31d) to open the inlet outside is formed in the outside of a sealing tank. The cover opens and closes the through-hole by a straight movement while supporting in the body portion. Thereby, a sealing cap is remotely opened and closed through the power device.
