PURPOSE: Provided is a nano-sized multiple liquid crystal film capsule composition which involves stabilized emulsion, stabilized bioactive substance, and rapid skin absorption with a nano-size. Its manufacturing method is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A nano-sized multiple liquid crystal film capsule composition characteristically comprises: an oil part with 0.9-9wt.% of a liquid crystal film formation material, 3-10wt.% of surfactant and 11.3-34wt.% of an oil base; a gelation part with 2-12wt.% of glycerin and 1-5wt.% of purified water; a nutrient part with 0.5-10wt.% of bioactive substance; and a water part with 7-20wt.% of moisturizing agent, 1-6wt.% of thickener, 2-20wt.% of additive, and the remaining weight percent of purified water.
