ADHESIVE, ADHESIVE FILM AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE TO PREVENT GENERATION OF VOID IN ADHESIVE AND DEFORMATION OF PRODUCT TO BE ADHERED IN ADHERING PROCESS

PURPOSE: An adhesive, an adhesive film using the adhesive and an electrical device using the adhesive are provided, to inhibit the generation of void in an adhesive and to prevent a product to be adhered from being bent in an adhering process for improving the reliance of an electrical device. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive comprises a binder comprising a thermosetting resin as a main component; a curing agent for the thermosetting resin; and 5-35 parts by weight of an electrical insulating filler having a specific gravity of 3.0-9.0 based on 100 parts by weight of the binder and the curing agent. The adhesive has a specific gravity of 1.4-4.0. Optionally the adhesive comprises further a conductive particle, and the adhesive has a specific gravity of 1.0-4.0 in this case.
