PURPOSE: A polyether-based photosensitive polymer liquid crystal aligning agent composition using a triazine ring having at least one photoactive group, a method for preparing a photosensitive polymer liquid crystal alignment layer by using the composition and a liquid crystal device containing the liquid crystal alignment layer are provided, to improve heat stability and alignment force of an aligning agent compared with those of an aligning agent using a hydrocarbon-based main chain. CONSTITUTION: The polyether-based photosensitive polymer liquid crystal aligning agent composition comprises a compound which has a main chain containing a triazine ring and a side chain containing at least one photoactive group and is represented by the formula 1, wherein any one among the photoactive groups can undergo photolysis, another can undergo Fries photo-rearrangement and the others can undergo photo-dimerization, photo-isomerization or photo-crosslinking, and m+n=1, 0=m=1 and 0=n=1. The ether bond connecting R2 and R3 is obtained by the reaction of an alcohol and a halide.
