V-PULLEY ASSEMBLY FOR AN EASY EXCHANGE OF V-BELTS

PURPOSE: A V-pulley apparatus for conveniently replacing a V-belt is provided to cut down maintenance expenses, and to improve working efficiency by restricting breakage of a machine from centering failure and replacing the V-belt conveniently with adjusting the tension. CONSTITUTION: A V-pulley apparatus is composed of a separable V-pulley unit(100) having plural V-pulley bodies and V-wheels(7,8) assembled and disassembled from a pulley shaft, and regulating tension of a V-belt connected to the V-wheel according to the position of the axis of the V-wheel moving by a shaft groove, and a V-wheel assembling unit(200) restoring the tension of the V-belt connected to the V-wheel by returning the axis of the V-wheel with the V-pulley bodies for assembling the pulley shaft. The separable V-pulley unit and the V-wheel assembling unit are installed in a driving shaft and a driven shaft of the motor with the same structure in the V-pulley apparatus to replace the V-belt conveniently.
