PURPOSE: A motor adopting a pneumatic dynamic bearing is provided to form a sleeve made of a magnet and make a geometric height difference between a drive magnet and a stator so that it confirms a stable drive feature while a vibration caused by a high speed rotation is reduced. CONSTITUTION: The motor comprises a base plate(2), a stator(10), a sleeve(6), a drive magnet(8), and a thrust magnet(12). The base plate(2) forms a pipe type burring member protruded in a center. The sleeve(6), rotationally positioned at an inner circumference of the burring member, includes a fixed axis in a gap of several micrometers with its inner face. The drive magnet(8) is fixed at an inner circumference of a magnet holder(22) with a cap shape formed at the sleeve(6). The thrust magnet(12) is formed in a gap between an outer circumference of the sleeve(6) and an inner circumference of the base plate(2).
