PURPOSE: A double-edged eyelid operation device using a buried suture method is provided to perform a double-edged eyelid operation within a short period of time by inserting and drawing simultaneously a suture without turning over an eyelid. CONSTITUTION: A double-edged eyelid operation device using a buried suture method includes a first arm, a second arm, a hinge, a couple of grooves, a plurality of holes, and an atraumatic needle transfer unit. A handle(610) and an external operation part(620) are formed at both ends of the first arm(600), respectively. A handle(710) and an internal operation(720) part are formed at both ends of the second arm(700), respectively. The hinge(510) is used for combining the first arm with the second arm. The grooves are formed in the internal operation part. The holes are formed on the external operation part in order to pass the atraumatic needle. The atraumatic needle transfer unit(800) transfers the atraumatic needle from the grooves of the internal operation part to an end portion of the internal operation part.
