PURPOSE: A method for preparing a thermoplastic polyurethane particle and a thermoplastic non-adhesive polyurethane particle prepared by the method are provided, to reduce the adhesion on the surface of particle without the deterioration of light stability and transparency. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of applying at least one wetting agent which is liquid at a temperature of 30 deg.C or less to a thermoplastic polyurethane in a concentration of about 0.01-0.5 wt% based on the total amount of components A, B and C, and continuously applying at least one solid powder having a melting point of 70 deg.C or more to the thermoplastic polyurethane in a concentration of 0.01-0.5 wt% based on the total amount of components A, B and C; and pulverizing the thermoplastic polyurethane before or after the application step, wherein the thermoplastic polyurethane is a product obtained by reacting (A) a cycloaliphatic diisocyanate, (B) at least one polyol having a number average molecular weight of 600-8,000 g/mol, and (C) at least one chain extender having a number average molecular weight of 60-500 g/mol, and optionally adding a catalyst and common auxiliary and/or additive.
