SYNTHETIC RESIN FOR COATING DECORATION SHEET TOP CAPABLE OF ADHERED WITHOUT ADHESIVE AND WITH ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLINESS, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A synthetic resin for coating decoration sheet top and its preparation method are provided, to allow the decoration sheet top coating to be adhered without an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 30 wt% of an ethylene copolymer, 30 wt% of a polypropylene random copolymer, 40 wt% of a rubber terpolymer, about 0.5 wt% of a filler, about 1.2 wt% of a lubricant, and 0.3-0.8 wt% of other nontoxic additives at a temperature of 150-210 deg.C; and extruding it at a temperature of 150-170 deg.C with a screw length ratio (L/D) of 40:1 to 44:1, in the case of a transparent product. In the case of a colored product, the composition comprises 60 wt% of an ethylene copolymer, 20 wt% of a polypropylene random copolymer, 20 wt% of a rubber terpolymer, about 0.5 wt% of a filler, about 1.2 wt% of a lubricant, about 0.3 wt% of a stabilizer, 0.3-0.8 wt% of other nontoxic additives, and a pigment.
