PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition which contains micro-spheres of perfluorodecalin capable of effectively inhibiting skin aging, and maintains them without damaging the activity thereof or deteriorating them for a long period of time. The perfluorodecalin easily intrudes into the skin, and well exerts the desired skin care effect. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition comprises micro-spheres of a mixture of 1.0-10.0wt.% of poloxamer 188, 1.0-80.0wt.% of a fluorine compound, and 0.1-5.0wt.% of an emulsion stabilizer. The fluorine compound is selected from perfluorodecalin, and perfluoropolymethylisopropyl ether. The emulsion stabilizer is selected from glycerin, xylitol, and natural polymer compounds. The mixture is processed by a high pressure homogenizer to uniformly diffuse the micro-spheres.
