PURPOSE: Elasticity controllable jumping exercise outfits using a leaf spring is provided to complement the frictional noise and durability of a screw bo to prevent a noise and to give a sense of stability; to supply cushion materials to prevent a leaf spring from being cut by continuous use; and make it easy to operate the exercise outfits. CONSTITUTION: The elasticity controllable jumping exercise outfits using a leaf spring comprises a leaf spring(28) formed on a fixing plate and fixed, by a bolt, to a holder(26) on a horizontal movement axis; a stepping plate connection and movement member(40) liked by a fixing pin(10) and a fixing pin for the stepping plate connection and movement member; a connection and movement member(29) for horizontally keeping the stepping plate linked by fixing pins(13) such that the stepping plate is kept level when operating up and down; an operation screw bolt(6) of a point of application linked with an operation member(19) to operate the leaf spring(28); and springs for relieving remaining elastic power.
