PURPOSE: A mask for vacuum deposition and an organic electroluminescence display panel are provided to easily detach the mask from a mask frame, and prevent a mask body from being deflected. CONSTITUTION: A mask(1) for vacuum deposition comprises a mask body(10); a guide member(12) attached to at least one side of the mask body; a tension applying unit(14) for applying a predetermined tension to the mask body through the guide member when the guide member is maintained by a mask frame(11); and a fixing unit for fixing the guide member and the mask frame in a vertical direction with respect to a mask surface.
