PURPOSE: A multilayer ceramic capacitor is provided to prevent structural defects including cracks by forming internal conductors from a non-metal material, and achieve improved reliability. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises a plurality of stacked dielectric ceramic layers; internal conductors(2) arranged between the dielectric ceramic layers; and external conductors electrically connected to ends of the internal conductors. Each of the dielectric ceramic layers has a thickness of 0.5μm or higher to lower than 1.5μm. Each of the internal conductors has a thickness of 0.1μm or higher to lower than 0.4μm. The covering rate of each of the internal conductors ranges from 60% to 90% by area percentage with respect to the areas of the internal conductors. Each of the dielectric ceramic layers contains a sintering additive(8) containing Si. The sintering additive is segregated in an air gap(7) formed in the areas of the internal conductors.
