PURPOSE: An anti-thunderstroke circuit and a filter device including an anti-thunderstroke circuit are provided to secure the safety from the thunderstroke by preventing the thunderstroke received from input/output terminals of each device. CONSTITUTION: An anti-thunderstroke circuit includes a plurality of first anti-thunderstroke circuits and a second anti-thunderstroke circuit. The first anti-thunderstroke circuits(61,71) are formed to prevent the thunderstroke received from input/output terminals of each device. The second anti-thunderstroke circuit(81) is formed to prevent the thunderstroke received from a communication line.
