摘要

PURPOSE: A radio receiver, an adaptive array process control method, and an adaptive array process control program are provided to prevent unwanted power consumption by avoiding unnecessary adaptive array process. CONSTITUTION: RF receivers(10,20) are installed correspondingly to each antenna(1,2), amplifies and frequency-convert signals received by the antennas(1,2). An adaptive array calculation processor(6) performs an adaptive array calculation processing on signals outputted from the RF receivers(10,20). A controller(5) selects the first mode for executing adaptive array processing or the second mode for not executing the adaptive array processing according to a certain condition. When the first mode is selected, the controller(5) performs the first controlling to operate the RF receivers(10,20) and the adaptive array calculation processor(6). When the second mode is selected, the controller(5) selectively operates one of the RF receivers(10,20), and stops the other RF receiver and the adaptive array calculation processor(6).
