PURPOSE: Provided is a coal briquette manufacturing method using polymer resin with following characteristics, an excellent low-temperature stability, an easy massive treatment, an excellent early-strength and a low manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A coal briquette using polymer resin comprises the followings per 100 wt.% of coal dust of: adding 3-10 wt.% of raw limestone as additives, using 5-20 wt.% of polymer emulsion solution at -20 to 40°C of separating and transitional temperature as a binder, mixing to be 0.5-5 wt.% of a polymer resin by making a dispersion concentration 5-60 wt.% of polymer emulsion to water for improving fluidity, and press-molding a general coal of find powder at room temperature by using a binder having low softening temperature and additives for controlling moisture content.
