Device for Preventing Oil from Inflowing in Strip Grinder

PURPOSE: A device for preventing an inflow of oil is provided to smoothly reciprocate a grinding belt by preventing the inflow of oil through an air sensor port. CONSTITUTION: A check ball of a first air hole(15) is in an outlet of the first air hole(15). A check ball of a third air hole is in an inlet of the third air hole. An inflow of grinding oil into the air holes(15) are prevented by the check balls. A second air hole(16) is closed or opened by a grinding belt. In closing the second air hole(16), a check ball is located in an inlet of the second air hole(16). A detector detects high air pressure by flowing supplied air from an air supply pipe(61) to a second diverging pipe(63). In opening the second air hole(16), the check ball(20) is located in an outlet of the second air hole(16). The flowed grinding air inside the second air hole(16) is discharged by moving the check ball(20) toward the outlet. The detector detects low air pressure by flowing the supplied air to a groove in the second air hole(16). A cylinder is extended/shrunken and a tension roll is reciprocated according to the high/low air pressure. In dispersing the grinding air on a strip grinder sensor(60), the oil is flowed through a grinding air guide groove(30). Thereby, the grinding air is not flown toward a tracking face.
