PURPOSE: A device for attaching and detaching an impeller and a diffuser of a multistage pump is provided to prevent damage of the impeller and the diffuser of the multistage pump by stably working without using additional tools manually when the impeller and the diffuser are fixed and disassembled. CONSTITUTION: A device for attaching and detaching an impeller and a diffuser of a multistage pump includes a fixing part(10), a diffuser fixing part(100) and a separation part(200). The fixing part has a first fixing block(40) having a first guide part and a first fixing part(30), a second fixing block(70) having a second guide part and a second fixing part, and a fixed plate(80). The diffuser fixing part has a third fixing block(110) for fixing a second fixing plate(112) movably and a third fixing part(130) for moving the second fixing plate. The separation part is fixed between the second and third fixing blocks and has first and second movable plates(220,230) vertically moving by a screw bar(210).
