PURPOSE: A pallet picking apparatus for a stacker crane is provided to manage the equipment conveniently and lengthen a life span by using outlets alternately in drawing the pallet out, and to input and output articles actively by controlling a transfer conveyor stably. CONSTITUTION: A pallet picking device of a stacker crane(102) is composed of a fork(105) putting and drawing out a pallet(104) transferred on a carriage(103) to load articles with outlets; a fork transfer unit moving the fork under the pallet placed on the article port; and a pallet input/output unit installed in the fork to move the pallet from both sides to the upper part of the fork. The pallet is input and output with controlling a fork transfer motor and a conveyor chain driving motor, and the life span is lengthened by minimizing load to the conveyor chain and the outlet in transferring the pallet. Aging of the outlet is prevented with using outlets alternately.
