PURPOSE: Provided are salted mackerel containing components of tangleweed and a method of making the same, and a half-dried fish containing components of tangleweed and a method of making the same. CONSTITUTION: In methods of making salted mackerel and a half-dried fish containing components of tangleweed, the salted mackerel and half-dried fish are characterized by impregnated with tangleweed solution containing alginic acid, inosinic acid and glutamic acid.
