PURPOSE: A potable hot and cold water supply device with tea bag type of teas and/or coffees supplier is provided to offer tea conveniently and maintain the dispenser easily by outputting tea and a cup easily with installing storage units and a cup dispenser around the water supply device. CONSTITUTION: Cold or hot water is supplied through a cold or hot water cock(1) of a water supply device, and plural storage units(3) are installed in a body(2) of the dispenser. A storage space is formed in the storage unit, and a discharge port(32) is formed in the lower part of the storage space. The storage unit is opened and closed by a cover(34), and the corner of the storage unit is opened. Recesses are formed in upper and lower parts of the storage unit, and tea bags are stacked by tearing opening parts of a bag bar. A cup is discharged by a cup dispenser. The tea is served conveniently by mounting the storage unit and the cup dispenser around the water supply device.
