PURPOSE: A method and device for controlling a synchronization DRAM using a control signal of expansion data output DRAM is provided to control a synchronization dram by converting and synchronizing control signals of an expansion data output DRAM into control signals of synchronized DRAM. CONSTITUTION: In a device for controlling a synchronized DRAM by a controller of an expansion data output DRAM, an address signal conversion unit(100) converts an address signal of the expansion data output DRAM into an address signal of the synchronized DRAM, and outputs the converted address signal. A control command signal conversion unit(120) converts a control command signal of the expansion data output DRAM into a control command signal of the synchronized DRAM, and outputs the converted control command signal. A signal synchronization unit(140) synchronizes the address signal of the synchronized DRAM with the control command signal of the synchronized DRAM, and outputs synchronized signals.
