PURPOSE: A square wave DC conversion circuit is provided to reduce measurement time and also to reduce the generation of measurement error. CONSTITUTION: The square wave DC conversion circuit comprises a relay circuit(100), and a control signal generator(120) and a buffer circuit(140). The relay circuits inputs a square signal from an input port, and outputs corresponding signals to output ports according to a control signal. The control signal generator outputs the control signal inputted to a control bit port of the relay circuit. The buffer inputs a signal from the output port of the relay circuit, and outputs a DC level signal(OUT).
