PURPOSE: A buckle is provided to quickly release a belt from the buckle using a handle formed at a flange or a releasing unit pivotally coupled to the flange and to prevent a stopper from being detached from a rotary click. CONSTITUTION: The buckle includes a body(1), and a rotary click(2) and a belt latch(3) pivotably coupled to a fixing hole(12) formed at a flange(11) of the body. A stopper fixing boss(26) is formed at one side of the rotary click, and a stopper(21) is integrally formed with the stopper fixing boss through insert molding. A seating groove(22) and a hinge hole(23) are formed at the rotary click. A coil spring(5) is positioned in the seating groove, and a hinge shaft(4) is inserted into the hinge hole. A latching portion(25) is formed at the rotary click.
