PURPOSE: A medicine electronic commerce system and a method for operating the same are provided to order and product medicine according to plan, and manage a financial affair of a drug store and after service for a patient by constructing ERM(Enterprise Relationship Management) of each area of the patient, drug store, hospital, pharmaceutical company, financial institution, and delivery company in an ISP(Internet Service Provider). CONSTITUTION: An ERM MASTER forms a medicine information DB, a patient information DB, a hospital information DB, a drug store information DB, a delivery company DB, a financial institution information DB, a medical insurance association DB, and a pharmaceutical company information DB as sub groups. A prescription DB forms a hospital medical examination and treatment information DB and a prescription management DB as sub groups. A drug store management DB forms a sale management DB, a purchase management DB, a stored goods management DB, a financial affairs accounts DB, a client post management DB, a medical insurance DB, a sale plan DB, a purchase plan DB, a purchase analysis DB, and a sale analysis DB as sub groups. A cooperative buying DB forms a medicine purchase receipt DB, a medicine stored goods receipt DB, a cooperative buying DB, a purchase distribution DB, a wages management DB, a payment management DB, and a slip management DB as sub groups.
