PURPOSE: A winding machine of a stretch yarn and its winding method are provided to continuously exchange packages by winding the initial part of the stretch yarn in the winding end of a bobbin and to remove the loss of the yarn by preventing the remaining yarn in the bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A swing guide device(700) moves a stretch yarn(10) rolled in a winding package(A) to the end of the package and cuts the stretch yarn through a cutting device by rotating between the package and a bobbin(200). A yarn separating device(800) separates the stretch yarn from a traverse device(100) and moves the separated stretch yarn to the end of the bobbin. Thereby, the initial part of the stretch yarn is rolled in the end of the bobbin.
