Heat exchanging apparatus for increasing/decreasing dye temperature of a gas-liquid dyeing machine

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for heating dyeing liquid in gas-liquid type dyeing machine. PSOLUTION: The heat exchanger for dyeing machine is provided with an air heat exchanging system between an inlet and an outlet of a dyeing liquid circulating tube on the bottom of the dyeing machine, which is provided with dyeing liquid flowing spaces and gas flow spaces divided with proper spacer layers and plurality of vacuum heat conduction means inserted into the spacer layers wherein the dyeing liquid flowing space and the gas flow space are installed on both ends of the tube type heat conduction means, the machine enhances temperature raising rate and stability of the temperature control by utilizing the highly effective heat exchange of the tube type vacuum heat conductive means, improves homogeneous dyeing performance of the machine, preventing happening of uneven dyeing state, remarkably enhancing total productive efficiency, and inhibiting massive waste of cold heat source by controlling the temperature of the dyeing liquid by gas source.
