SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of deposit margin deficiency for every bidder; in case of no deficiency bidder proceeds with business application, submitted application is checked for validity, valid applications are placed in application queue, and deals are made in case cross applications are available; if margin is lacking, bidder is given authority to settle situation with margin deficiency within part of trading day; in case of no deficiency, other exchange/ clearing organization is authorized to control portfolio for given trading day and forward operations are made on behalf of bidder, optional positions being unchanged.
