FIELD: biotechnology, protein engineering, molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing recombinant human interferons. Expressing vector for secretory producing human alpha-interferon (hIFNhIFN) comprises polynucleotide encoding the modified signal sequence of thermostable E. coli enterotoxin II and polynucleotide encoding hINFhIFN ligated with its 3-end. Vector is used in method for secretory producing human interferon by transformation the strain E. coli and culturing the indicated strain. Method provides secreting the soluble form of active hIFNhIFN no comprising the additional methionine residue at its N-end into E. coli cell periplasm.
