FIELD: medical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing anchor pin in root canal and in cavity formed in advance on root base, fixing metal network in pin head groove and in diametrically opposite grooves produced in root base in mesiodistal direction followed by building dental crown part with composite materials compliant to its anatomical shape. Two U-shaped protrusions are formed in pericervical tooth surface zone, distance between the protrusions matches anchor pin head width. Network grid is selected not to be greater than crown part height and width.;EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preventing sliding fractures and breaking off conditions; long service life.
