The internal combustion engine has two valve actuator systems (1,1a). It has two pairs of reciprocating or oscillating motors (5,5') driving shafts (6,6'), mounted on the cylinder head (4). Each shaft has two cams (7,7a) and (7',7a'). Acting on pairs of rockers (8,8a) and (8',8a'). The rockers have adjustable pivots (9,9a) and (9',9a') and their other ends press on valve stems (2,2a) and (3,3a).
