The foundation plate consists of a concrete layer located on a base, esp. a hard foam plate, and connected to it via a sealant layer, which together with fresh concrete forms a water-proof border layer. The vertical outer side faces of the concrete plate are enclosed water-proof by peripheral elements, which are connected water-proof to the foundation plate and/or the sealant layer. A structure has a water-proof concrete layer and at least two pre-fabricated hollow chamber wall sections, along the outer edges of the foundation plate. A sealing tape is connected to a waterproof outer edge of the layer, and within the joint, extends above the level of water impacting from outside. The exterior and at least one surface facing fresh concrete fed into the hollow chamber, have a sealing layer, which with the concrete form a water-proof border layer.
