The door hinge strip (1), with a multi-dimensional adjustment, has a section (2) mounted at the door panel and a mounting section (3) at the door frame. The frame mounting section has an opening to take an eccentric (10), rotating around an axis (11) at right angles to the frame plane within the frame holder (4). A drilling (12), through the mounting section and parallel to the hinge axis (5), takes a bolt (13) with threaded drillings (14) aligned with drillings (15) at the mounting section and its holder, to take side adjustment screws (16) and locking screws.
