The motor has a support rod (31) which is fastened to a pair of opposing fastening brackets (41). A permanent magnet is provided in the middle of the rod as an inner stator. Front and rear seats (33) are arranged with a bearing on respective sides of the magnet. The projecting part of the front seat forms a wheel (43) for a belt (42). A commutator is attached to the projecting part of the rear seat and is caused to rotate by the rear seat. A motor housing (36) between the seats is caused to rotate by the seats. A ferrite core and a coil are attached to the inner side of the housing so that the housing acts as a rotor. A conducting wire of the coil extends through a hole in the rear seat and is connected to the commutator. A protective cover (39) is fastened to the rod. Right and left brushes are arranged inside the cover and lie against the commutator.
