Construction element for force transfer, especially for retrofitting between two building parts during building renovation, has a wedge shape consisting of an outer covering element (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) at least in partial regions on its force-introducing and/or force-dispersing outer surfaces (3-5), and a pressure-stable filling material (23-25) transferring the force between the force-introducing and/or force-dispersing outer surfaces. An independent claim is also included for a device for applying pre-tension between two building parts comprising at least two of the above construction elements. Preferred Features: The covering element is made of sheet- or plate-like pressure-stable metal or plastic. The filling material consists of ultra-high-strength concrete.
