Cosmetic or dermatological formulations contain: (a) an effective amount of surfactant(s) selected from alkylglucosides (I) with a linear or branched 4-24 carbon (C) alkyl group; (b) optionally containing 4-24 C alkanol(s) (II); and (c) substance(s) selected from flavones, flavanones and flavonoids.
