PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and easily control a gas turbine even if calories of fuel to be supplied differ by changing an amount of air bleeded out of a system in accordance with the use of fuel having different calorific values and controlling in such a way that pressure fluctuation of compressed air supplied to a combustor is suppressed. ;SOLUTION: The compressed air compressed by a compressor 101 is supplied to an expander 113 such as an expansion turbine which is not connected with a shaft connected with a turbine 102 and is installed separately through an air bleeding line 116 provided with a control valve 117 controlling a flow rate of the compressed air. Expander exhaust air 118 flowing in the expander 113 is supplied to sections requiring air in a plant. A low carolie gas compressor 114 for increasing pressure is connected with the expander 113 through a shaft 405 to increase pressure of low calorie gas 105 supplied by a low calorie gas supply means. Consequently, it is possible to suppress the reduction of output and efficiency of the gas turbine without reducing surge margin of the compressor 101 to operate the gas turbine freely.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
