PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart excellent solar radiation shielding performance as well as to ensure high visible light transmittance by successively laminating an absorption layer, at least one composite layer and an upper transparent dielectric film on a transparent plate and forming the composite layer from a transparent dielectric film and an Ag-base film laminated successively from the transparent plate side. ;SOLUTION: The Ag-base film has 7.5-18 nm thickness. The absorption layer has 45-85% visible light transmittance and 2-15 nm thickness and comprises at least one metallic nitride selected from the group consisting of titanium nitride, zirconium nitride, tantalum nitride and chromium nitride. It is preferable that the composite layer consists of a 1st composite layer and a 2nd composite layer laminated successively from the transparent plate side. The total thickness of the Ag-base films of the 1st and 2nd composite layers is preferably 20-30 nm and the transparent dielectric films of the 1st and 2nd composite layers preferably have 25-50 nm and 60-100 nm thickness, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
