The process involves using a ski with a round profile in the shape of a spindle for adopting grooves or projecting crests on its length. The projecting crests are parallel to one another and more near or accentuated following the spindle which shrinks towards back and front of the ski that retorts to a dynamic auto-centering. Dynamic equilibrium is auto-centered by the profile. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus for snow/water sliding.
