Cell culture process for differentiating monocytes (M) to dendritic cells (DC) without the absolute need for exogenous cytokines. Cell culture process for differentiating monocytes (M) to dendritic cells (DC) without the absolute need for exogenous cytokines comprises: (1) contacting human mesenchymal stem cells (X) with (M) is a medium containing human or fetal calf serum; and (2) maintaining the culture by using, on days 3 or 4, a culture supernatant (Y) derived from (X) that have been cultured in medium containing human serum, where (Y) is taken after 24 hours, or at some other time. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic. No details of tests for cytostatic activity are given. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Vaccine.
