The composition comprises an organic portion (surfactant) can be a mixture of two or more of the following: UL ST="-" LIPhosphate ester (anionic surfactant): 12-20% LIAnionic Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) or Sodium Dodocyl Sulfate: 12-20% LINon-ionic surfactant with modified polyexthylated straight chain alcohol: 12-20% LIp-Tertiary - Octyloxy, Polyethyl alcohol: 10-18% LISodium salt of Amphoteric surfactant: 10-18% LIEthoxylated alcohols: 10-18% LIbenzene, 1,1 Oxybis, Tetrapropylene Sulfonate sodium salt: 12-20% /UL and an inorganic portion of different active and non-active ingredients in the same formula, comprising UL ST="-" LIDispersing agent to help disperse inert ingredients: 10-18% LIA builder consisting of one or more of the following including Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate (soda ash), Sodium Metasilicate Pentahydrate, Anhydrous Sodium Silicate, Tetra-potassium Pyrophosphate, Potassium Tripolyphosphate or Trisodium Phosphate can be used: 5-10% LIA sequestrant such as Sodium Hexametaphosphate: 15-20% /UL By controlling the balance between all ingredients, especially the organic and inorganic portion, these formulations act as non-emulsifying cleaner/degreasers and will not permanently tie the oil and grease to the cleaner. When the mechanical agitation stops, the formula reverses the holding mechanism and grease and oil are quickly rejected and coalesce to the surface where they can be skimmed. The mechanism can be considered a self-cleaning mechanism.
