PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set for detecting a DNA marker linking to a 42 kDa low molecular weight glutenin gene capable of imparting strength to wheat; and to provide the DNA marker linking to the gene, and a method for using them.;SOLUTION: The primer set capable of detecting the DNA marker linked to the 42 kDa low molecular weight glutenin gene of the wheat is constituted of an oligonucleotide comprising a base sequence represented by a specific sequence, and an oligonucleotide comprising a base sequence represented by another specified sequence.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
