PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily perforate a jawbone with a trephine bar while avoiding cutting of nerves by perforating the jawbone to form a plurality of guide holes for the trephine bar.;SOLUTION: In this perforation apparatus for implanting an artificial dental root, a drive shaft part 27 connected to a rotor part in a head 6 and a plurality of thin drills 21 in a state of a peeso reamer on a circumference with the drive shaft part 27 as the center are arranged. At the tip of the drive shaft part 27, a sun gear 28 is formed. In the neighborhood of the proximal parts of the drills 21, a pinion gear 29 is formed.
