PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a clamping plate to a disk substrate without using an adhesive and to eliminate the warpage of the disk substrate even when the clamping plate having a coefficient of linear expansion different from that of the disk substrate is disposed.;SOLUTION: A center hole 2 is formed at the center of the disk substrate, an information area 5 is formed on one principal surface of the disk substrate, a projecting and recessed signal pattern is formed in the information area 5 and the one principal surface 1a is specified to be a loading standard surface. A rib 11 which constitutes a recessed part 13 in the inside of which the clamping plate 12 is housed is integrally formed on the other principal surface 1b and on the periphery of the center hole 2 and the tip side of the rib 11 is deformed inside to attach the clamping plate 12, after the clamping plate 12 is disposed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
