The stamper 3 is positioned on the movable die 1 by engaging a hole part 3b arranged on the inner peripheral part of the stamper 3 with a protruding part 1a arranged on the movable die 1, and a fused resin material is filled in a space formed between the fixed die 2 and the stamper 3, then the formed substrate 5 is manufactured, to which the rugged information held by the stamper 3 is transferred.
