PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microplate feeding storing device dispensing with a re-stacking work, and capable of improving efficiency of a test work, and a feeding method and a storing method of the microplate in the microplate feeding storing device.;SOLUTION: In this microplate feeding storing device 1A, 1B for feeding by taking out one by one from a laminate [10] formed by laminating the microplates 10 and storing the recovered microplates 10 one by one in the laminated state, the laminate [10] mounted on the first stock part 2 on a one-side device is moved to the second stock part 3, and a microplate 10* on the uppermost stage is taken out and fed to a processing part 6, and the processed microplate 10 is pushed up from the downside into the first stock part 2 of the other-side device and stored successively.
