PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for handling digital information data by which information data with authenticity can be quickly and surely transmitted from the information data creator side to the user side of the data, and a portable terminal with a digital camera holding authenticity of image data. PSOLUTION: The method and the system for handling digital information data are provided with a public key and a secret key which are imparted from a key authentication organization, a digital camera which acquires image processing data in a state that at least one of time data, position data, and direction data are added to photographed raw image data, and a creator terminal for creating encryption processing image data by encrypting the photographed image processing data with the public key and transmitting decryption image data decrypted with the secret key after downloading to the user terminal side via a communication network. The creator portable terminal is provided with an image processing means which creates encrypted encryption processing image data by adding data such as time data to the photographed raw image data, and a transmission means for transmitting them to the user terminal side via the communication network.
