PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional hand dryer apparatus sold on the market wherein it can not be easily spread among homes or offices, though sanitary and convenient, because it is relatively expensive, and it is highly uneconomical because large quantity of heat and wind volume is required when a user tries to dry a wet hand only with warm air.;SOLUTION: The hand dryer apparatus is structured by using an inexpensive hair dryer sold on the market.
